How do I enter competitions?
You can enter our competitions by purchasing tickets online through our secure website on your desktop or mobile. Select your desired competition, choose the number of tickets you want, and proceed to checkout. Alternatively, you can enter for free via postal entry by following the instructions in our Terms & Conditions.
How are winners selected?
Winners are selected via a certified random draw powered by Random.org, a trusted independent random number generator used worldwide. For instant win competitions, winning ticket numbers are pre-allocated using Random.org before any tickets are sold, ensuring the outcome is determined fairly and cannot be influenced. For live draw competitions, the winner is selected randomly after the competition closes, and the draw is recorded for full transparency. Every Random.org draw comes with a digitally signed certificate that can be independently verified. Winners will be notified via email and phone immediately after the draw.
What is the Random.org certificate and where can I find it?
Every competition draw on Sozèle is powered by Random.org, and each draw produces a digitally signed certificate that proves the results were generated fairly and have not been tampered with. Once the competition ends, the "Verify Random.org Certificate" link becomes available on the winner's card on our Winners page, where you can confirm the authenticity of the draw.
Can I enter from outside the UK?
Each Competition is open to all persons aged 18 years and over who are resident in England, Wales, and Scotland.
How do I claim my prize?
If you're selected as a winner, we'll contact you via email and phone. You'll need to verify your identity by providing a valid photo ID. Once verified, we'll arrange delivery of your prize free of charge.
Are the prizes authentic?
Absolutely! All our luxury prizes are 100% authentic and brand new, purchased directly from authorized retailers or the brands themselves. Each item comes with complete authenticity documentation, original packaging, and applicable manufacturer warranties. We never offer replicas or counterfeit items.
What is the free postal entry option?
You can enter any of our competitions for free by sending a postcard with your details and the competition you wish to enter. Your postcard must include your full name, email address, phone number, and the specific competition you want to enter. Full instructions are provided in our Terms & Conditions. Free postal entries have exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries.
When will I know if I've won?
Winners are notified via email and phone immediately after the draw takes place. The draw date is clearly displayed on each competition page. We'll make reasonable attempts to contact winners, but if we can't reach you within 14 days, we will re-draw the prize from all correct entrants of that competition.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Our standard policy is that all ticket sales are final. However, if a competition is cancelled for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase.
Can I purchase multiple tickets?
Yes, you can purchase multiple tickets for any competition to increase your chances of winning. There's no limit to the number of tickets you can buy, and each ticket represents one entry into the draw. All entries have an equal chance of winning regardless of how they were obtained.
Can I take a cash alternative instead of the prize?
A cash alternative is only available if it is explicitly advertised on the competition page. Where offered, the cash alternative amount will be clearly displayed alongside the prize details. If you win a competition that includes a cash alternative, simply let us know when we contact you to arrange your prize.
Are there multiple winners per competition?
No, there is only one winner per competition, not per prize. Each competition has a single winning ticket, regardless of how many different prizes are featured within that competition.
What are my odds of winning?
We show your odds directly on each prize card — look for "Your current odds: 1 in X" beneath the ticket selector. This number updates automatically as you choose more tickets. The more tickets you select, the better your odds become.
What is site credit and how does it work?
Site credit is a non-withdrawable store credit that you can win as an instant win prize or receive from our team. It has no expiry date and can be applied at checkout to reduce or fully cover the cost of your order. Site credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
